KOHO, cards redesign
KOHO's depleting card inventory and our internal dialogue around "Surprise and Delight," presented us with an opportunity.
How could we take our payment cards and do something unique in this space? Our current cards are a two-colour split and have been received well by our users.
This project was an investigation in whether we could present another option that would potentially resonate more with our users and convince new users to sign-up.
The goal was to present users with something that WOW-ed them.
The project was an exercise in user-testing and mass design-iteration. We were able to gain valuable insights on what colours and finishes were most preferred and, felt more premium. Unfortunately, the designs didn't make it to mass production.
